Providing reports to our clients that they can actually benefit from is an important part of our service. As such, Aimco Staffing Solutions / The People Bank can provide a variety of standard reports in addition to fully customized reports that are exclusive to the client, at any frequency. Examples of the reports we regularly provide include the following:

• Fill ratios
• Tenure reports
• Service reviews
• Fall-offs
• Temp-to-perm conversion
• Billing, by skills, location, cost center, and department
• Order fulfillment (includes: order received, order placed, order filled, filled rate, filled ratio, open order, canceled order etc.)
• Assignment longevity
• Head count by skill
• Satisfaction surveys on employee performance
• Turnover rate

When sending this or other sensitive data to clients, we can also encrypt the information. All data from time card entries, expenses, invoices and payments are input and then tracked, with reports being made available in any format required, including the comma delimited file format (.csv).
