COVID-19 Response

AIMCo continues to monitor the COVID-19 pandemic and its impact in Alberta, across Canada and around the world. To date, there has been no material disruption to AIMCo’s ability to continue to operate. The entire organization has prepared to act on our extensive business resilience policies and protocols to ensure we are able to continue to effectively serve the investment management needs of our clients.

Effective March 16, 2020, AIMCo has implemented remote work capabilities at its Toronto, London and Luxembourg offices, with the Edmonton Head Office transitioning to remote work capabilities on March 17. All teams are continuing to work and remain available to our clients.

Health & Safety of the AIMCo Team

We are committed to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace environment in all our office locations — Edmonton, Toronto, London and Luxembourg. As such, we are closely following guidance from our respective local health authorities and governments that could impact any of our offices and operations.

In addition to the newly introduced work from home measures, an organization-wide non-essential travel ban remains in place. Team members are being provided with regular updates and have been given procedures for identifying and reporting potential risks.

AIMCo is well-positioned to allow employees to work from home as necessary while maintaining our operations and commitments to our clients.

Keeping our Clients Up to Date

As this is a rapidly evolving situation, AIMCo is committed to being prepared and agile in our efforts to change the course of the pandemic. We will continue to provide timely updates to our clients as circumstances dictate.
